An ideal recipe for a summer meal or picnic. Children will also appreciate!

Ingredients:

  • For 2 skewers:
  • 2 apricots
  • 1 half banana
  • 1 fishing
  • 1 thick slice of gingerbread
  • the juice of 2 oranges
  • 4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 knob of butter

Preparation:

Wash the fruits. Pit apricots and peaches. Cut these in big dice. Cut the banana into pieces. Cut the slice of gingerbread into large dice. Thread the elements alternately on skewers. Melt the butter in a pan and add the brown sugar and orange juice. Reduce to syrup and place on the skewers. Turn regularly while cooking to caramelize the fruit. For a baby, remove the items from the skewer and serve them crushed, alone or with a little cottage cheese. This recipe is also delicious for adults with exotic fruits (banana, mango and pineapple) possibly flambéed with rum at the end of cooking.
