5 anti-migraine massages: the ankle

Always massage the opposite point to your pain: the right ankle, if it is the left side of your face that is "caught in a vice", the left if it is the right side ... both if the pain takes you all the head.
- First locate the pressure point: with the fingers tight, put the tip of your little finger on the protruding part of the ankle bone (external malleolus). Position your other fingers one after the other on the fibula, the thumb designates this point.
- Press the tip of the thumb firmly enough on this point and massage it with a clockwise rotation. Several minutes are often necessary to obtain a result.
