This is a gourmet hamburger that will surprise your guests. Spread and superpose, voila!


  • For 1 hamburger:
  • 2 buns
  • 1 slice of raw foie gras
  • 100 g duck aiguillettes
  • 50 g of fig chutney
  • 1 fresh fig
  • 2 thin slices of ewe
  • flower of salt
  • mill pepper.


Cut the duck aiguillettes into slices. Toast the buns, then spread them with fig chutney. Place on a piece of bread a slice of sheep's cheese. Heat a pan and cook the slice of foie gras one minute on each side, then the slices of duck in the same way. Prepare the hamburger: on the bread spread with its slice of cheese, arrange the duck aiguillettes, the slice of seared foie gras and pepper, the fresh fig cut in slices, the second slice of cheese and finally the second piece of bread spread. Serve and enjoy.
